Hayes Shair 

Hayes is a practicing architect and real estate developer with fifteen years of experience in the building design and construction industry.  As an undergraduate of UC Berkeley, with a Masters from Columbia University, he has been involved in every facet of the design, development, and construction process, with a focus in the Residential sector.

Having been an architect, a design-build contractor, and real estate developer, he has defined himself time and again as a professional with the breadth of knowledge to put all the pieces together.  With a specialization in managing complex entitlements on constrained infill sites, he brings a tactful, strategic approach to navigate the process seamlessly and efficiently.
